The progressive case for supporting the SCOTUS decision

I am certain that the most effective way to minimize the impact of the SCOTUS decision is to claim that foreigners should not influence the election process. Then, you can put appropriate restrictions in place that would apply to any public company. But as I have been thinking about it, I have come to realize that foreign influence may not be bad after all. There may be a bright future ahead of us with strange and exciting possibilities if we dare take this road!
